Gazprom says owners approve paying 15.24 rbl/shr in 2019 divs

MOSCOW, Jun 26 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian gas giant Gazprom have approved paying 15.24 rubles per share, or a total of 360.784 billion rubles, in dividends for 2019, the company said in a statement on Friday.

The payment accounts for 30% of the profit attributable to shareholders for 2019, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

For 2018, Gazprom paid 16.61 ruble per share, or 27% of its IFRS net profit, in dividends.
